THE BIRD DOG is our smaller event rental and grooms space. It includes a large party deck with grill, fire pit area, yard games, pool table, outdoor shower and much more. It has been designed uniquely to accommodate grooms as well as a sophisticated event space. The Bird Dog is included in your full property wedding rental for no additional charge. It is also available to rent outside of a wedding celebration for your smaller events.

• The Bird Dog indoor capacity is 30 guests
• Weather permitting guest capacity can extend to 40 guests utilizing both the indoor & uncovered outdoor courtyard/party deck.
