CATERING DIRECTOR AND LEAD CHEF

Lori has always had a deep love for food and hospitality. Growing up, she found joy in the kitchen, baking and cooking alongside her grandmother—a passion that would shape her life’s journey.

With years of experience in catering for a large church and a local restaurant, Lori has honed her skills in creating exceptional meals for gatherings of all sizes. She is also honored to have crafted countless wedding and groom’s cakes, from intimate family celebrations to grand weddings with 300 guests. In 2022, she brought her culinary dreams to life by opening The Yellow Squirrel Bakery in Madison, Mississippi, where she continues to create custom cakes, cookies, and treats with heart and creativity.

Now, as part of The Raymond, Lori is honored to join a team of inspiring, talented women dedicated to curating unforgettable dining experiences. She cherishes the small-town charm of Raymond and takes pride in preparing exquisite food for weddings, showers, and special events. For Lori, food is more than just nourishment—it’s an expression of love, a source of connection, and a way to bring joy to others.
