All we will need to reserve your date is full payment and a signed contract.

The questions below are what we will use to create your contract. You will receive your contract via email and be able to sign it electronically.

Please also take a moment to read through our “Helpful Information” section at the end of this page.

All Portico events may only be booked 90 days prior to the event.

* please note this 4 hour rental includes The Portico space, Portico restroom and prep kitchen only. If you are looking for access to the full Raymond Venue property for rehearsal, check out our full property option.

Note: all payments will need to include 7% sales tax. If you pay with a credit card there will be an additional 3% processing fee.
The Portico’s capacity is 50 guests.
Your 4 hours of access may fall within these times:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 10:00 am - 9:30 pm
Friday, Saturday or Sunday: 10:00 am - 10:30 pm
For guest counts 50 and under in The Portico, you may provide your own food. We have Bar Service Packages if you choose to have a bar.
Please note Portico reservations/booking may only take place at least 90 days prior to the event date.
We process bookings on a first come first received basis. No event is booked until a booking fee is paid and your contract is signed.
