We are honored that you have chosen The Raymond as your venue!

All we will need to reserve your date is a booking fee and a signed contract. The questions below are what we will use to create your contract. You will receive your contract via email and be able to sign it electronically.

It is ideal to use this rental time for pre-decorating, your rehearsal walk-though and your rehearsal meal. You choose how you want to use this time to best fit your rehearsal vision.

For your rehearsal meal, you have a couple of great options as far as location. It can take place in The Raymond reception space (200 guests or less), The Portico Lounge (45-50 guests), or The Bird Dog (30-35 guests).

    Note: all payments will need to include 7% sales tax. If you pay with a credit card there will be an additional processing fee.

  • The Bird Dog's indoor capacity is 35 people.

    If you use both the indoor and outdoor areas of The Bird Dog, you can host up to 50 people.

    The capacity for the main Venue Hall is 200 people.

  • You and your vendors may access The Raymond Venue starting at 12:00 pm.

  • You are welcome to choose any caterer you like. We do require that they be a full service caterer and that they provide us with a copy of their up to date Serv Safe Certificate and their 1 million dollar limited liability insurance policy.

  • No outside alcohol will be allowed in The Raymond Venue. If you would like to include alcohol on your special day, you will need to purchase a bar package.

  • We process bookings on a first come first received basis. No event is booked until a deposit is paid and your contract is signed.
