WE ARE HONORED THAT YOU have CHOSEn THE Raymond AS YOUR VENUE!
All we will need to reserve your date is a booking fee of $1,070 and a signed contract.
The questions below are what we will use to create your contract. You will receive your contract via email and be able to sign it electronically via Adobe sign.

Note: all payments will need to include 7% sales tax. If you pay with a credit card there will be an additional processing fee.

The Raymond’s main venue capacity it 200 guests

Bride & Bridesmaids may arrive at 9 am
Groom & Groomsmen may arrive at 12 pm
Vendors may arrive at 12 pm
Doors lock at:
10:59 pm Monday - Thursday
11:59 pm Friday - Saturday
10:59 pm Sunday

The Raymond Venue offers in house catering as an option to our brides and clients. As a venue that caterers we do charge $500 for the use of our kitchen space if you are using an outside caterer. Your outside caterer will also need to be a full service caterer and that they provide us with a copy of their up to date Serv Safe Certificate and their 1 million dollar limited liability insurance policy.

No outside alcohol will be allowed in The Raymond Venue. If you would like to include alcohol on your special day, you will need to purchase a bar package.

We process bookings on a first come first received basis. No event is booked until a deposit is paid and your contract is signed.
